The charging pressure in RMG 200 acts within the actuator and acts proportionally on the surface of the valve, thereby inducing a flow shift. The seat of the valve is fitted without compensating for the inlet pressure. The movement of the auxiliary force is adjusted as a load stress according to the variance in control and the loading pressure. RMG 200 pressure is therefore controlled in accordance with the setpoint value, taking into account the output voltage. The RMG 200 controller is designed in a way that makes maintenance easy. The control unit (actuator, valve plate and valve seat) can be removed by simply removing the four screws. A single-sealed valve with six different orifice sizes can be applied to the unit; keeping into account that the maximum permissible inlet pressure varies depending on the size of the hole.
